Emerging Talent Meets World-Class Choreography in VIVORA, a Bold New Contemporary Dance Triple Bill

For immediate release – April 24, 2026

A look at the unique collaboration that is VIVORA

Saint-Lambert, QC — A unique and inspiring collaboration between emerging young dancers and internationally accomplished choreographers will take center stage this Spring with VIVORA, the latest performance event from the Compagnie de danse contemporaine du Québec (CDCQ), to be presented at Théâtre de la Providence in Longueuil, May 2nd at 7pm and May 3rd at 2pm.

VIVORA is a vibrant triple bill of contemporary dance. Since September, three distinguished Canadian choreographers have been creating original choreography tailored to the seven dancers who comprise CDCQ, ages 13-20 years old.

What sets VIVORA apart is the calibre of its creative team and the rarity of such collaboration outside Montréal’s major institutions. Each choreographer brings a significant national and international career, offering invaluable artistic guidance to these young performers.
