Discontinuing a Group Class

If you are unable to continue taking the class, please notify your teacher and contact the Centre by email: info@centrepreville.org
If a student has attended more than 2 classes, the course is not refundable.*

*Some exceptions may apply – please contact us for more details.

FOR private LESSONS

Should you need to miss a lesson, please contact your teacher directly by phone or email, or send a message to: info@centrepreville.org.

Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Make-up lessons may be available, only at the discretion and availability of the teacher. Individual arrangements may be made in the case of a prolonged illness.

Should your teacher need to cancel a lesson, it will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. If that is not possible, a credit–or in some cases, a refund–will be applied for that lesson.

A Note About Practicing

For success while learning a musical instrument you will need a weekly lesson and regularly-scheduled practice time. Minimum practice sessions are 15 minutes every day for beginners. Your teacher will make further recommendations.

Students at the Préville Fine Arts Centre must read and agree to the cancellation policies and student responsibilities outlined on this page.
