Calling All Young Musicians!
We are excited to be offering a brand new bilingual Rock Band activity this July!
Designed for young musicians who have a keen interest in music and are looking for something fun to do this summer!
Rock Band Week
One week only from July 27-July 31
Monday to Friday for 1.5 hours + a performance on Saturday!
Join us for an exciting week of ensemble playing where young musicians come together to form a band, learn songs, and perform for family and friends at the end of the week!
Designed for intermediate players who already know the basics of their instrument, this unique program focuses on the skills that make great bands successful: listening to each other, playing in time, reading parts, learning repertoire, improvising, and performing with confidence.
Throughout the week, bands will rehearse daily and work toward learning songs spanning a variety of styles, from classic rock and R&B to contemporary popular music. Along the way, students will discover influential artists, develop their musicianship, and experience the excitement of creating music as a team.
