Music is our specialty at the Préville Fine Arts Centre! Join us and learn how to make the music you enjoy. We offer individual and group lessons for a variety of instruments. There is something here for every age and budget. No one should have to live life without music to cheer them on!

Private lessons are offered in blocks of 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
- Students can select their teacher at registration.

Group Music Classes
Group music classes are an excellent choice for young children and beginners of all ages. Students who learn together each week gain confidence, stay motivated and experience the joy that making music together inspires.
Fall Session starts September 12th, 2026.
Make lasting musical memories with your child, exploring a wide range of sounds and instruments, and learning new songs and rhymes. An awakening to the magic of rhythm, vibration and sound – in short, to music!
Intro to Music classes are the perfect first step in every arts-education journey. They help create a foundational understanding that gives a leg up moving into formal music or dance lessons, while also setting the stage for a life-long, joyful relationship to music.
For over 25 years, Emmanuelle has been making music and creating projects for children in museums, schools, daycare centres and at various festivals. Discover her project, Tigouli!
All participants must be accompanied by a caregiver.

No prior singing or choir experience is required to participate in this relaxed and fun group activity! Montreal choir director Colin Enright leads a fun one-hour and a half singing session featuring a varied repertoire of classical, jazz, Broadway, and pop songs. This activity will leave you feeling great and humming for the rest of the weekend.
